KB POMORZE offers complete heat treatment services using own:
• 12 channel, 70kVA Stork Copperheat units controlled with Advantage 3000 control processor (2008 production).
• 3 channel, 10kVA LMS mobile device equipped with invertor power supply – heat treatment can be performed on joints with difficult access.
We perform a wide spectrum of heat treatment for pipe and plate welding joints, such as but not limited to:
– stress relieving,
– welded joints of pipelines of petrochemical installations acc. to NACE, resistance requirements for Hydrogen Induced Cracking,
– preheating and heating before welding.
The staff performing heat treatment underwent professional training and has qualifications confirmed by the Welding Institute in Gliwice and the Office of Technical Inspection.
