Joint-Venture in Kazakhstan

New player on Kazakhstani oil and gas service market with European experience and technologies.

In January 2017 JV was created by Kazakhstani construction company “Prioritet stroy” LLP with European construction company KB Pomorze.

“Prioritet Stroy” LLP is construction company with more than 13 year experience on Kazakhstani market and more than 70 completed different kinds of construction works and services, including works on Karachaganak oilfield.

STRATEGY FOR KAZAKHSTAN

Purpose

  • To become market first choice company providing enhanced and specialized construction services for Kazakhstan oil &gas projects market and then develop into EPC contractor for selected type of projects.

  • To naturally transfer KB Pomorze’s „know how” in the range of organization, work culture and technical knowledge into Kazakh ground during the cooperation of mixed Polish-Kazakh teams.
  • To gradually integrate into the project management and supervision of the employed graduates of Kazakh technical universities. It is also planned to gain experience while Kazakh management staff and workers participate in projects in Poland.

Prioritet Stroy LLP took part in the trade fairs KIOGE 2017 in Almaty from 4 to 6 October. We presented our experience, references and capacity. The exhibition was a great opportunity to meet potential customers and establish new business contacts.
